Israel Railways have published these updates.
Lod – Rishon LeZion Rishonim
Trains departing from the Lod Station to the Rishon LeZion Rishonim Station on Friday from 07:03 through to 17:03 will depart from 06:43 through 16:43 (every xx:43 instead of every xx:03)
Beer Sheva Central – Raanana West
Changes in departure times of trains from the Beer Sheva Central Station on Sunday-Thursday to Raanana West will depart a few minutes earlier than usual. There will also be changes to the platform numbers. Please check the Israel Railways website for the updates and new times.
Departure times for the Saturday night train (after Shabbat) have also been adjusted.
The Emek Line
From 30 June 2019 to 29 August 2019, trains have been added to the Emek line – Sunday thru Thursday;
The train from the Beit She’an Station to the Haifa Central Hashmona Station will depart at 22:31
The train from the Beit She’an Station to the Haifa Hof Hacarmel Station will depart at 23:31.
The trains from the Haifa Central Hashmona Station to the Beit She’an Station will depart at 22:13 and 23:13.
Northbound & southbound trains to Nahariya / Beer Sheva / Modiin
From 00:01 on the night of Sunday, 16 June 2019 and Monday, 17 June 2019 through 05:00 on Thursday, 20 June 2019
The northbound and southbound trains on the Nahariya-Beer Sheva Central and the Nahariya-Modiin Central lines will begin and end their trips at the Akko station

Closure of the Tel Aviv Hahagana-Lod and Tel Aviv Hahagana-Modiin Central sections on weekends for track electrification work from Friday 31 May 2019 until further notice affecting all travelers to and from Ben Gurion on the north- and south-bound Nahariyah – Modiin line.
