Israel visa requirements for immigrants, tourists, temporary residents, students, spousal visits and clergy.

The Israel Ministry of Interior – Misrad HaPnim is responsible for the implementation of laws regulating entry into Israel.
Below are the 8 types of Israeli visas and the application process for obtaining them:
- Immigration visa
- A1 Temporary resident visa
- A2 Student visa
- A3 Clergy visa
- A4 visa for spouses and children
- B/1 Work visa
- B/2 Visitor’s visa – Visitors to Israel must obtain a visa from one of the Israeli diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries. All visitors must hold a passport that is valid for 6 months after the date of departure from Israel. Visa exemption does not apply to a laissez passer.
