I am a Ministry of Health licensed physical therapist, with a B. Sc. Degree in Physical Therapy from Tel Aviv University.
We specialize in private home visits in Haifa, working both in Hebrew and English. Some of the services that we provide are physical rehabilitation following general surgery and after orthopedic surgery. Physical therapy helps in healing and recovery after major surgery. Physical therapy exercises strengthen the body, restore range of motion and stability, retrain and strengthen muscles to restore physical activity, function and mobility, like walking, climbing stairs and other activities of daily living. Our service also provides pre-operative physical therapy instruction to strengthen the body and improve respiration which can be affected by general anesthesia. These exercises help you enter surgery in the best possible physical condition.

Biography
RE-SPECS Frames for the Needy in Israel
RE-SPECS is a non-profit organization that provides free sight tests and affordable glasses to those in need from across Israel. We target society’s weakest populations – the elderly, Holocaust survivors, low-income families, at-risk kids and teens, the disabled, terror victims, new immigrants with financial difficulties, single-parent families and lone soldiers. We do this by collecting gently-used and surplus frames for these vulnerable individuals and families, offering them free eye testing and providing them with customized lenses – all for a nominal fee and in a manner that enables them to maintain their self-respect.
As the only nationwide organization in Israel dedicated to providing the underprivileged populations with subsidized glasses, we see you as our natural partner in helping us to help them.
