Norman recently returned to Israel after 23 years in New York. He originally made Aliyah from South Africa in 1984, has a Law Degree from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA from Columbia University, and served five years as an officer in the IDF. As such, he is comfortable in bridging the gap between American and Israeli cultures.

Norman is also now registered as a Portfolio Manager with the Israel Securities Authority, and offers financial advisory services here via Caspa Wealth Management.
