Passport Validity

When visiting Israel, your passport must be valid for at least another 6 months from your date of entry.  You don't want to be turned away upon arrival so check that when making your travel arrangements.

Travel Funds

Make sure you have sufficient funds to support yourself while you are in Israel.  This is a common international requirement and you do not want to be sent back on the grounds of 'insufficient funds'.

You should also be able to give the name of the hotel or accommodation you are staying at.  If you are staying with friends or family, have their address and telephone number handy.
