The Israel Ministry of Tourism (MOT) recommends these hotels. Are they the best hotels in Jerusalem? That’s for you to decide. 

The MOT’s recommendations are based on the European ranking method named Hotelstars. Adjustments have been made to suite the unique requirements and conditions in Israel – Kashrut religious dietary laws, Shabbat laws, security and so on. Israel Hotelstars is the only ranking which is valid in Israel.
